Refund policy

Customers may return merchandise if they receive merchandise that is different from their order or defective that cannot be repaired by repair. Please initiate the procedure within 3 days of arrival. Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as wrong size.

If the product can be repaired, we will repair it.

【Return/Exchange Procedure】
Please send the product tag and a photo of the product to our store within 3 days of receipt. The Store reserves the right to verify the item(s) with photographs before approving the return of the item(s). If we are able to confirm that we have sent you the wrong item or a defective item that cannot be repaired, we will accept a return, refund, or exchange.

After approval by our store, return the item to us by the shipping carrier and method specified by our store. In this case, there is no charge for return shipping. If the item is returned by another carrier, you are responsible for all associated taxes, fees, and costs, and the Store is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. In addition, if additional taxes or fees are required to be paid at the time of return, the returned merchandise will be returned to the sender and not received by the Store. Please note that returns must be shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date.

【Refunds】
Once the returned merchandise has been received, the condition of the merchandise has been verified and accepted, the amount paid for the merchandise will be refunded. The refund usually takes from 10 to 14 days, depending on the credit card. Refunds are made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the refund amount due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be refunded.

【Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions】
All returned merchandise must be shipped in its original box and sealed with adhesive tape. The merchandise must be properly packaged as you received it. Only if the original box is not available, you may ship the merchandise in another suitable box.

Items must be returned with all original labels and identification tags attached, including all original packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) that were included with the order. If a security tag was included, it must be intact and attached to the returned merchandise. Items returned without the security tag intact will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer's expense.

Clothing must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show signs of use.

Returns will not be accepted if the soles of the footwear show signs of having been worn. Other accessories, such as boxes, must be returned in perfect condition, with the original box not damaged, altered, or used as shipping packaging.

【Repair Procedure】
If we deem it appropriate to repair the product, the repair will be carried out by a Flagship Store in the relevant country or by a vendor designated by us. We will bear the cost of the repair, including the necessary shipping costs. The repair cost will be limited to the product price. The procedure will vary depending on where you live.

Note: In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or divergences of interpretation between the Japanese version and any other language versions of this publication, the Japanese language version shall prevail.
