If you receive a product that is different from your order or is defective and cannot be repaired, you may return the product. Please begin the return procedure within 3 days of receiving the product.
If repairs are possible, we will carry out the repairs.

Please send us a photo of the product along with the product tag within 3 days of receiving the product. We reserve the right to check the photo before accepting the return of the product. If we confirm that we have sent a different product or a defective product that cannot be repaired by comparing the photo and shipping record taken by us before shipping, we will accept the return, refund, or exchange.
After approval by our store, please return the product using our designated carrier. In this case, the return shipping fee is free. If the product is returned using a different carrier, all taxes, fees, and costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, and our store will not be responsible for any loss or damage during delivery. In addition, if additional taxes or fees are required to be paid upon return, the returned product will not be accepted by our store and will be returned to the sender. Please note that returns must be shipped within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and accepted, you will be refunded the amount paid for the item. This can vary by credit card, but usually takes approximately 10 to 14 days. Refunds are made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the refund amount due to fluctuations in exchange rates will not be refunded.

-Returned items must be shipped in our original box, sealed with adhesive tape. Items must be appropriately packaged the same way they were received. We may ship items in alternative suitable boxes only if the original box is not available.
- Products must be returned with all original labels and identification tags attached, including all original packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) that were included with the order. Security tags, if included, must be intact and attached to the returned product. Any products returned without security tags intact will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.
Clothing must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and should not show any signs of use.
Footwear that shows signs of wear on the soles will not be accepted for return. Boxes and other accessories must be returned in perfect condition with the original box not damaged, altered or used as shipping packaging.

If we determine that repair is appropriate, the item will be repaired at the brand's flagship store in the country or by a company designated by our store. The cost of repair, including the necessary shipping costs, will be borne by our store. The specific procedure will vary depending on your area of residence, so we will inform you of the procedure at the time.
