Preventing defective products

We thoroughly inspect every aspect of the product, including the outer fabric, lining, seams, zippers, zipper pulls, buttons, snap buttons, fur, pocket linings, etc.

Preventing incorrect delivery

To avoid accidentally sending a different item than you ordered, we will send you a photo of your name and the product tag.

To let you know that there are no quality issues with the product, we will send you photos taken during inspection. (We are only sending a portion of the photos because sending all of them would be too large.)
